When leaving Las Vegas you take I-15 towards Salt Lake City, UT and then about 8-10 miles past the Las Vegas Speedway you turn off of I-15 and head to Alamo on US-93. After Alamo you go to Caliente and then to Pioche on US-93.  Then you turn right to Spring Valley State Park and Ursine on state route 322 which will bring you to Eagle Valley Resort which is one and one half miles from the Reservoir.
